400 ads for a brand that doesn't exist
how i made realistic ugc ads in arcads
I built a fake matcha brand from scratch. Then I used three features in Arcads: Studio, Workflows, and the Agent.
world building
I'm experimenting with different ways to make money and I wanted to see what I could do with AI UGC, so I built a fake ready-made matcha brand. I built a world, a vibe, and then I got to work making UGC ads using Arcads.

the stills
I used Cursor and ChatGPT to generate character images and logos. I made a mockup product image, then generated a few avatars, and put those into Arcads.

You don't have to use Cursor and ChatGPT. I did because I was building a brand from scratch. If you already have a brand, use those assets and go straight into generation.
If you have character avatars and your product information, you can feed it your website, all sorts of things, and it will build this for you.
how i used arcads
Arcads has three features: Studio, Workflows, and the Agent. I used each of them.
studio
I dropped the stills into Studio, referenced them in the prompt, and generated.

workflows
Workflows are predetermined templates. You pick a flow, it gives you examples, and you drop in your own resources.

Examples that came out:
the agent
The Agent was my favorite. It's like talking to ChatGPT or Claude, except it's inside Arcads.
You give it examples instead of moving around in the tools and prompting yourself. Drop stills. Give it a list of things to do. It completes them. The conversation goes back and forth, and different types of avatars get created that way. It does all of this for you.
I dropped the stills in and told it to look. It picked the packshot, locked the can, and started using the avatars.
